Ingredients
2½ cups almond flour
½ stick softened butter
¼ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 whole egg + 1 egg white
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Heat oven to 350°F and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
