14 oz sweetened shredded coconut
¾ cup sugar
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
4 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine shredded coconut, sugar, flour, and salt.
Add egg whites and vanilla extract. Mix until everything is fully combined and the mixture becomes sticky.
